Integrated EHR from Care360 EHR

Quest Diagnostics' Care360 EHR is a web-based modular solution that allows physicians in a stepwise transition to electronic management of key activities. Care360 EHR offers a variety of features, including electronic lab order management, clinical messages, document management, and multi-system integration.

Care360 has more than 165,000 doctors enrolled. It can be found at 75,000 doctor locations. Care360 Labs and Meds is used by physicians to facilitate electronic laboratory ordering, results, and ePrescribing. Care360 EHR was built on the same platform as Care360 Labs & Meds, allowing for a seamless transition to the age of Electronic Health Records (EHRs).

Quest Diagnostics' step by step approach to adoption reduces the stress of traditional EMR/EHR installation. You can activate features such as ePrescribing and clinical messaging at the pace that suits your practice. It is easy to set up and configure the system.

Care360 EHR is an ONC-ATCB 2011,/2012 Complete EHR* and can be used to meet the certified requirements of HITECH Act's Meaningful Use section. The Act allows physicians to be eligible for stimulus funds via the Meaningful Use EHR for Medicare or Medicaid Eligible Practitioners and Physician Quality Reporting Initiative (PQRI) incentives.

Care360 EHR and the integrated Kareo solution are seamlessly shared by medical staff and offices using Care360 EHR. This includes patient demographics, insurance information, appointment schedules and diagnosis, as well as encounter coding.
